How We Started
Born from a vision, built for a movement
Unity Over Division was founded in 2024 on a simple but powerful belief — that communities grow stronger when people are equipped with knowledge, economic tools, and a network committed to collective success.
What started as a vision has quickly taken shape as a mission-driven organization running programs across financial literacy, economic empowerment, entrepreneurship, leadership development, health, education, and civic engagement.
We are still in our early chapters — and that's exactly the point. Every program we launch, every workshop we host, and every connection we make is laying the foundation for a movement built to last generations.
Unity Over Division is founded — born from a vision to build community through education, economic empowerment, and collective action.
Launched our first community workshops on financial literacy and entrepreneurship, connecting residents with practical tools and resources.
Introduced the 7 Foundation Pillars framework — a roadmap for holistic community development.
Hosted the inaugural Unity Summit, bringing together community members, entrepreneurs, and local leaders.
Expanding programs, deepening partnerships, and growing a movement — the work is just getting started.

Unity Over Division
Keandra Johnson is the Founder of Unity Over Division, a community-driven organization dedicated to bringing people together through education, economic empowerment, leadership development, and service. Inspired by the belief that lasting change begins when communities choose collaboration over division, she created Unity Over Division to help individuals build stronger futures for themselves, their families, and their neighborhoods.
With a passion for community impact, entrepreneurship, technology, and personal development, Keandra has devoted her work to creating opportunities that equip people with practical knowledge and resources. Her vision extends beyond hosting events — it is about building a sustainable movement that connects people with financial education, business development, homeownership resources, career opportunities, mentorship, and community support.
In addition to leading Unity Over Division, Keandra is the founder of CyberSecure Forensics LLC, reflecting her commitment to technology, cybersecurity, and innovation.
Under her leadership, Unity Over Division is working to:
